Hello students! I'm so sad to still be away from you all! I bet that some of you are pretty bored at this point. I will be posting a Flipgrid tomorrow so all of you can let me know what you have been doing to stay sane during your hiatus from school and other activities. Also, creative home activities do you have planned for Spring Break. I know what I have planned, not assigning any work! But alas, we still have this week, but I have cut back a bit on the work load. See the list below for tasks you should be working on and/or submitting by the end of this week. This Week's Digital Learning Outline
Hello all! I miss you a bunch! It has been so nice to see some of you on Flipgrid. It seems that many of you prefer to use the Remind feature over the chat, but if you would like to chat with me about your school work, between 10:00 AM-12:00PM, on weekdays, please feel free to click HERE to access the chat document. Remember that even though you may work at your own pace, you are still accountable for the deadlines unless we have made other arrangements. I am recording your grades in my paper grade book, so feel free to reach out if you have questions about your grades. However, you should expect to see the grades recorded on the digital platforms that we are using. See below for a template of this week's activities. You are not required to follow this pacing. However, you are required to meet the stipulated deadline, barring any exigent circumstances for which you should make me aware. One last thing! I hope to see many of your bright and shining faces in our Zoom meeting. We will be reading chapter five of The Great Gatsby! See the invitation below. Important Information about Romanticism Test: I will be unlocking the multiple choice and constructed response portions of the Romanticism test shortly after 9:00 AM this morning. It is very important that you pay close attention to the following information. For the multiple choice portion of the exam, you will be required to time yourself. You will have 30 minutes to complete the 25-question multiple choice portion of the exam. I am able to see the time that has elapsed and will be deducting one point for each minute over the time limit, so make sure to submit when you have completed the exam, and as an extra precaution, completely log out of the program. As for the constructed response portion, there is not time limit, so feel free to take as long as you need, as long as you submit both by the deadline, Friday, 3/27 at 11:59 PM. Feel free to message me on Remind if you have any questions.
