During today's session, the class continued taking guided notes on the “Tips for Writing an Outstanding Essay” PowerPoint. Then, the class completed part IV of the “Kill the Indian and Save the Man” portion of the Native American Assimilation Annotation assignment, along with the accompanying T-Chart. Students who competed the assignment during class were given the remainder of the class period to engage in independent reading.
